Bill Katsaros comes from a long line of contractors, painters, and real estate entrepreneurs. In 1998, at 18 years old, he bought his first house in Detroit and spent the summer renovating and selling it, repeating this process every summer to to pay for his college education. Since then he has continued to passionately build and renovate homes. Bill moved to Charlotte, NC in 2009, after marrying the love of his life, Alexandra. They were captivated by the energy of The Queen City and the surrounding neighborhoods. They bought their first home in NoDa, a fixer-upper, and completely renovated it. The success of that project fed their excitement for revitalizing up and coming neighborhoods, and they created Roma Homes. The company renovates older homes and revives neglected properties with new homes that reflect the character of this great area. As both contractor and developer, they are intimately involved in each project. The Roma Homes mission is to preserve the integrity of the neighborhood, create properties that feel like home, and build with quality craftsmanship that you can trust.
