The Romandy CTO group is a community for individuals in technology leadership roles, such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Technology Directors, and other tech leaders, located in the Romandy region of Switzerland. The position of a CTO can often feel isolating. The role offers limited avenues for learning while simultaneously demanding one to contribute effectively at strategic, operational, technological, and technical levels within an organization. Staying updated with the ever-evolving trends and developments in the tech and business worlds presents its own set of challenges. The group offers a safe place for members to socialize with peers, share learnings, find a mentor or mentee, and explore opportunities.
