Roberta Romani's Romani Olearia in Montemagno is a company that goes back to the owner's personal history. The highlights of childhood often return in the mature phase of life, with such strength and passion that they take over spaces and give visions. Roberta Romani, an olive grower in Montemagno, grew up in the midst of the culture and strength of the olive grove, detached herself for reasons of study and work, only to return when the teachings received and the traditions experienced and rooted resurface powerfully. The choice of the Montemagno area is both natural and sought after. The parcels, which were to become Clos San Martino and Clos Le Gorgone, could be taken over and the meeting began. The Azienda Agricola Romani Olearia was born. The start was uphill and required all the passion of Roberta and her team when faced with an olive grove that looked more like a forest. In 2023 Romani Olearia began marketing its VRGN® organic extra virgin olive oil in two productions slightly different in taste to satisfy every palate and every dish.
