RoMar Engineering specializes in the design of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection. Our main focus of work is retrofits to existing building systems like boiler plants, chiller plants and air handling systems. RoMar also focuses on energy auditing, existing building re-commissioning and ongoing commissioning of various building types. Over the years, RoMar has been involved in the design of many boiler plant retrofit projects from small multi-residential buildings to large commercial facilities like the municipal building of Town of Newmarket, College Park building downtown Toronto, University of Toronto Mississauga Campus Student Centre, Toronto Community Housing Corporation, Radisson Admiral Hotel at Harbourfront in Toronto and many more. Over the years we have designed over 60 boiler plant retrofit projects with great success. Each boiler retrofit project was designed with energy efficiency in mind. We partnered with Enbridge Gas on all of the projects which allowed us to secure incentives for our clients. We have been in business for over 20 years delivering high quality services to our clients. The office of RoMar Engineering Inc. is located in Pickering, Ontario.
