OUR STORY
Established in 1888 after Ron Bennett's grandfather, John migrated to Australia from England.
John quickly set up shop in Newtown selling top hats, gloves and canes. Ron's father David, entered the business in about 1930, then Ron Bennett himself took control in 1957 and changed the name from J.T.Bennett & Sons to Ron Bennett.
In the 70's the brand was purchased by the Corporate Apparel Group.
Today, the Corporate Apparel Group (CAG) is a privately held Australian company with a young dynamic team, bringing global design and thinking to the Australian menswear market.
The Ron Bennett brand loves tailoring. Our collections consist of Suits, Jackets and trousers, as well as shirts and accessories allowing the customer a simple approach to purchasing a complete wardrobe for any occasion.
