When I first met Dana, she was in her mid 50s, managing 16 employees. She hadn’t taken vacation in 3 years or received a raise during that time. “I don’t want to manage people anymore. I need to make more money for my future.”

To bolster her confidence for interviews, I enrolled Dana in the POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® Training. The 6-week program enabled her to recognize and slay fears and doubts as they arose.
She compiled a list of Champions and Connectors, those who naturally celebrate her strengths and achievements and connect her to opportunities. She met with them at cafes and over Zoom. Rekindling those relationships led to being hired for a job making twice as much money, without managing people. She was thrilled! She and her husband moved out of their apartment and purchased their first home.
