As a leukemia survivor, I know firsthand the importance of hope, resilience, and the strength found in connection. I started Ronin Synergy to be a source of encouragement and inspiration for others, turning my personal experience into a platform for positive change. With nearly 2 decades of leadership experience across various industries, I’ve dedicated my career to helping both individuals and organizations thrive. By leveraging my background in operational, sales, and marketing strategies, I assist companies in building resilient teams while nurturing a culture of empathy and support. My passion lies in creating environments where employees feel valued and inspired, ultimately driving greater success for businesses and their communities. The name Ronin, meaning “masterless samurai,” embodies the spirit of resilience and adaptability. Just as the Ronin navigated their own paths, I believe that everyone can forge their journey with the right support and camaraderie. Through Ronin Synergy, I aim to foster a culture of kindness, humor, and collaboration, ensuring that no one feels alone in their struggles. By organizing events, sharing uplifting stories, and partnering with organizations like Games for Love and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, we aim to make a tangible impact in the lives of others.
