Ron's Roost has been family owned and operated since 1960. What started out as a 20 seat diner in 1960 has grown to a full service restaurant & bar that now seats 220 customers along with a separate carry out area. Ron's is very proud to have been voted Cincinnati's Best Fried Chicken(Cincinnati Enquirer) and also winner of the Best Dish at the annual Taste of Cincinnati. The Roost was very pleased to have Al Roker (Today Show Host) here to film an episode of Roker on the Road, featuring our fried chicken. Besides our Famous fried chicken, some other house favorites are Homemade German Sauerbraten, Hot Bacon Slaw, Homemade Creamy Cole Slaw, Mock Turtle Soup, and Homemade Cream Pies.
