Background:
Company founder Ryan Bruce spent over 20 years in the commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal contracting industry. During that time he noticed a need for a better method of building and attaching rooftop equipment screens. Traditionally, roof screens were constructed from wood or metal studs. Each one would be designed on the fly and usually by someone with no roofing knowledge. The result was chronic leaks and structural failure within 3-7 years.
In 2002, Bruce invented the Modular RoofScreen System and launched the company with 3 clearly defined objectives; make it easy and fast to install, stock the parts for quick delivery, and make it leak proof.
Achieving those objectives, RoofScreen has experienced solid and consistent growth each year. With enthusiastic support from architects, design build contractors and roofing professionals, RoofScreen Mfg. is rapidly becoming the industry standard.
