Rooh Sanctuary

Rooh Sanctuary is a healing-centered wellness space for BIPOC women and girls. We offer therapy, community care, and holistic support, from group healing circles to one-on-one sessions and sound baths. Our Body and Food Liberation program supports those recovering from eating disorders, disordered eating, and body shame, using a decolonized and compassionate approach. Rooh is a place where healing doesn’t feel clinical, it feels like coming home, a space where softness is honored, identity is protected, and every story is held with care.
