We’re addressing a gap that’s been ignored for too long: standard surgical hats don’t fit everyone, especially those with braids, afros, locs, twists, or extensions. The result? Exclusion, discomfort, and a message that some bodies still aren’t fully welcome in clinical spaces.

Elevate the voices of surgeons, students, and staff affected by this issue.
Collaborate with hospitals, suppliers, and policymakers to change what "standard fit" really means.
