Since we began, our organization has provided a wide variety of clients with all-inclusive affordable housing. We are committed to providing our clients with clean, safe all-inclusive living arrangements. Our process focuses on our core belief that our clients must come first. We take a comprehensive approach to the management of our service offerings. We partner with numerous business organizations and governmental entities in order to best meet the housing and rooming needs of our clients. All of our properties are specifically designed to provide housing and related services for everyone. Our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced 3rd parties as needed. These include: Doctor / Nurse home visits Home health services (RN, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy) Hospice Durable medical equipment Case management Social work Behavioral counseling and therapy Medication management Many additional services NO HASSLE APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESSES We have a simple intake and application process with a minimum check-list of requirements. A lot of our clients typically originate from various referral sources. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker, or Google search. Our qualified staff evaluate each application to understand the special needs of each client on a case by case basis to make an approval decision.
