Well, now there is RoomLeopard - an online marketplace to folks with unused conference rooms, building lobbies, art galleries, fire stations and classrooms with folks who need spaces for strategic planning, team building, focus groups and book clubs.
RoomLeopard creates the marketplace between those who have underutilized spaces with those who need spaces and makes the search, reservation and payment processing easy.
