For many, It’s these two issues that make fresh vegetables an obstacle to healthy eating. Rooster & Lark solves this problem by providing all the vegetables for an omelette or scramble; chopped, seasoned and flash frozen. You simply saute ¼ of the bag, add your own fresh eggs at home, and save the rest in the freezer for another meal. This eliminates tedious chopping and prevents vegetables from spoiling in the fridge (since it’s frozen). All of our skillets come pre-seasoned without salt, and we try to keep our ingredients as simple as possible. Rooster & Lark is also extremely versatile, and can be used in dozens of easy weeknight recipes including burgers, quesadillas, pastas, soups, and beyond. Rooster & Lark is not trying to replace fresh vegetables, but rather offer a convenient vegetable solution that you can keep in the freezer and use when you need it.
