Root to Leaf Holistic Healing

Root to Leaf Holistic Healing was founded on the concept that regardless of the seeds (aka parents) used to grow a person, that every individual has the ability to improve themselves mentally, physically and emotionally. The only trait that I have found essential for self healing to occur is that the individual must have intention to improve the situation and the belief that they can do so. Services offered include Yoga Instruction, Reiki, Sound Meditation, Sound Therapy using Tuning Forks, and Life Coaching. I offer private and group sessions that are customized to your needs. I am also available for retreats.
