About Rooted 303
We help people reclaim their lives by overcoming their substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges with a community-based approach, one-on-one Peer Support, and trauma-informed Counseling services. We are dedicated in our mission to reduce all barriers to healing, normalize the recovery journey, promote health and wellness and carry hope where some may not have it. The opposite of addiction is rooted in human connection, and we are here to come alongside individuals so they never have to navigate their recovery journey alone.
