Rooted in Grace is a registered charity and 501c(3) non-profit organization, established in 2023. THE HISTORY: During medical school, Dr. Jasmine L. Long, DO received word from the LORD to establish a ministry to serve individuals in her childhood community located in SE Canton, Ohio. With the assistance of her wonderful husband and children, they are in the infancy stages of building the ministry just as the LORD designed it and being obedient to the message of taking the ministry beyond the confines of Canton, Ohio w/ the recent expansion in Franklin County and soon beyond! All of our programs are built on biblical principles and ROOTED in God's Favor! (aka ROOTED IN GRACE) The Mission We are dedicated to serving others through faith-driven initiatives by emphasizing the healing power of Christ's love! We are committed to restoring hope and facilitating positive change in underserved communities throughout the world! Our approach is both comprehensive and compassionate, utilizing medical care, resource allocation, community development, and advocacy to bring forth tangible change! The Vision Our vision is to impact the nations by collaborating with local churches and community members as a strategic and inclusive effort to empower individuals. This empowerment is not only about meeting immediate needs but also about enabling people to fulfill their divine purpose. By aligning our efforts with the Creator's (OUR LORD’S) intent, we ensure a holistic, biblical approach to community upliftment and individual transformation. THE PROGRAMS: 1. Mommy!
