Rootinely

Our goal is to help children develop mindful habits that will improve emotional intelligence, reduce stress and contribute to healthy relationships. With Rootinely Mindful we set children on a journey to learn how to observe their thoughts and feelings with greater awareness. We’ll do this through a practice called mindful meditation. Mindfulness is about being present, aware and engaged in a moment. Meditation is a practice that helps train the mind. Think of it as an exercise. Our tools are designed to help kiddos strengthen their minds with very simple and proven techniques.
