UAE’s First Sustainable Restaurant Food like language is the basis of society and culture. As the means of production have become separated from society, so eating to live has overtaken living to eat. And society and culture have both suffered. We hope to help adjust the balance, showing that if it’s good for you then it need not taste bad. Demonstrating that if it’s healthy then it need not taste of nothing. These, ridiculous, yet commonly held misconceptions, formed our starting point. Good ingredients, locally sourced, lovingly cultivated, freshly harvested is the basis of everything we set out to do.
