The Roots Running Project is a Non-profit Olympic development training group that looks to “promote the sport of running through” developing athletes to compete on the national and international levels. The event focus of the elite group spans from the 1500m - marathon.
The mission of the Roots Running Project is to promote and develop athleticism in the form of recreational and competitive distance running while establishing foundational, long lasting structures of a physically balanced and mentally healthy (or “fulfilled”) individual.
