Rooz'n value chains

Like Porter described decades ago value chains are about the primary and secondary activities that companies are operating to bring value to a product (product value). When evaluating these activities we must however always look at how value in a supply chain is distributed between actors and regions (balanced financial value), how the supply chain is impacting people´s lives (social value) and what it’s influence is on climate (environmental value). In order to obtain a balanced economy which is working for all and is truly future proof we must always consider these elements of value and focus on continuous improvement and clever innovation.
