Team assessment -- We make screenings of individuals or entire teams. The purpose is to provide new information (SWOT) to develop your employees and thereby your entire organization and your strategy.
Career advisory – We assess a multi-step and tailor made process for managers to make a transition into next career step. This by carrying out a clear and concrete multi-step process aimed at giving the individual new tools to take the next step in their own career.
