Ce fromage au lait cru de brebis, moulé dans notre laiterie est ensuite affiné dans nos caves creusées et ventilées naturellement au sein de l’éboulis du Combalou à Roquefort. Vernières perpétue et améliore son procédé de fabrication pour donner à son Roquefort un caractère généreux et subtil en bouche. Ainsi, l’Art et la Manière de son savoir-faire sont reconnus dans le monde entier.
