Notre maison familiale, forte de cinq générations d'histoire et de savoir-faire, fabrique depuis plus de 150 ans des fromages Purs brebis d'exception. Nos Roqueforts AOP, maturés de 4 à 24 mois sauront ravir tous les palais, des plus novices aux plus expérimentés. Nous produisons également des tommes pur brebis nature ou aromatisées ainsi que du fromage de brebis pour salade, le tout dans notre beau département de l'Aveyron.
Nous travaillons main dans la main avec nos éleveurs, organisés en Organisations de Producteurs (OP), garantissant ainsi une production respectueuse des traditions et de l'environnement.
Nos démarches éthiques et responsables ont d'ailleurs été récompensées par l'obtention de la labellisation PME + en 2022.
