David Rose has offered Professional Civil & Structural Engineering services since 1987. From 1987 until June 2007 David offered services under the Partnership of McCartney Rose, whilst from July 2007 he has practiced as David Rose Associates and following a relocation to Hertford in December 2014 as Rose & Associates Ltd – continuing to offer traditional civil and structural engineering consultancy together with Party wall services to a number of longstanding and new clients. Rose & Associates was founded to provide clients with imaginative, cost effective and often pragmatic solutions to a variety of engineering problems. The company’s maxim is to produce good design, based on a proactive contribution to the project team. Rose & Associates are an ISO 9001 quality systems certified organisation.
