As an independent practice, we closely support the leadership and senior executive resourcing needs of our clients; and the guiding principles and processes which govern our approach assure our clients of quality, reliability and discretion. At times we take on specific recruitment assignments for a new client. However, our primary aim to assist our clients, over the medium and longer term bringing a structured approach to the external resourcing needs of their plans in support of their emerging strategies. Our clients are UK FTSE 50 and smaller companies, as well as overseas corporations; and we have a developed global network of companies and executives with a wide range of industry, geographical, cultural and business backgrounds. We work upstream and downstream across operations, commercial, technical and functional roles and have completed assignments in the UK, Europe, the Americas, Africa & Middle East and the Far East.
