RoseRock Partners is an entrepreneurial investment firm that makes long-term investments in profitable companies in growing industries. Our key assets are an energetic and focused management team and an experienced and engaged set of advisors. RoseRock has the express purpose of creating long-term value in the companies in which we invest and operate. Unlike private equity funds, we have the flexibility to start or buy businesses that we want to own - indefinitely - not for a 3-5 year period. Since we do not have a prescribed hold period, we think, and act, for the long-term growth of the companies we invest in. We take a partnership approach to business, and we believe strongly that business, properly practiced, can be more than just the sustaining engine of life - it can, and indeed should be, a vehicle through which we serve others, and thus a core part of the purpose of our life.
