RoseRock has the express purpose of creating long-term value in the companies in which we invest and operate. Unlike private equity funds, we have the flexibility to start or buy businesses that we want to own - indefinitely - not for a 3-5 year period. Since we do not have a prescribed hold period, we think, and act, for the long-term growth of the companies we invest in.
