We also have the privilege to regularly run Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Selection Days for Clients that have realised that this is the best way for them to recruit and retain their new trainees. We can assist with the content of a structured training program from day one to get the best out of them by charting their progress and success over the first 12 months of their Recruitment career. For the lesser experienced Business Owner there is also a Mentoring and Support service provided by our Owner and Managing Consultant – Steve Ames who personally has over 22 years Recruitment Industry experience.
