It started in 1930 with a family owned and operated the I. Fell Building, a commercial building in Bloomington, Indiana. In 2012, the seeds of Roseway Capital was born, when the fourth generation of that family took over ownership & management of the The Fell Company. Since then, Roseway Capital has added Lean on Me Properties and Arbutus Properties to their management stable. Currently Roseway Capital has $12.4 Million of property across 10 counties in Indiana under project management, including a variety of property types: 28 Single Family Home Rentals 5 Duplex Rentals 2 Multi-tenant commercial buildings 1 industrial warehouse Beginning with that first building, Roseway Capital has provided stable and consistent returns to its investors.
