Ross PLLC was founded by a team of experts with many years of experience advising agents, borrowers, issuers, lenders, servicers and trustees in connection with US$ debt capital markets (“DCM”) structures. We realized that there is a need for a dedicated group offering the services required to execute and administer these structures across asset classes, industries, structures and credit cycle events. Every member of our team has client side and “big law” firm experience. Ross PLLC has advised on over two hundred DCM transactions since the firm was founded in 2019.
