His unique background as an architect, designer, owner, and contractor allows him to bridge gaps and understand the diverse needs of each stakeholder. During his tenure as Director of Design at Station Casinos, Donovan played a pivotal role in managing key projects for the company. Notably, his contributions to the new Durango Casino & Resort involved resolving numerous challenges and design decisions during construction.
