We are focused on the design, development, production and the follow-up service of monolithic rotary tools, especially, special step drills and shape cutters made of sintered carbides and ultra-hard materials, micro tools and replaceable blade plates of atypical shapes, too.
We concentrate, primarily, on the solution of the special needs of our customers, developing of new tools and on the innovation of the existing products and processes. We focus our development and innovation activities, primarily, on extending the life of tools, increasing production efficiency on the part of the customer and on the development of completely new applications.
We are able to develop, design and subsequently manufacture the tool on modern five-axis CNC grinders according to the needs and specifications of our customer and measure it on 3D camera devices in the appropriate way. We are able to coat applications using the latest technologies. The follow-up service is done, of course.
