WHAT WE DO The business focus is on large mixed use schemes including care, residential, and hotels through to the redevelopment of standalone convenience food retail stores for groups such as Lidl, M&S Food Hall, Aldi and Morrison’s Plc, and smaller standalone roadside PFS, EV charging hubs, drive thru and pod units. WHO WE ARE Established by Mark Rothery in 2012, Rothstone is a Yorkshire-based property developer. Rothstone has a proven track record of developing and asset-managing property predominantly across the north of England but also including projects in London, Leicester and Bristol. OUR ECO CREDENTIALS All our developments are built to a high specification with environmental sustainability and energy-efficiency in mind. We often pursue BREEAM, EPC and Secured By Design accreditation as standard for our sites. While our obligations under Environmental Social Governance (ESG) are at the forefront of every business decision made by Rothstone, our team, suppliers, partners and investors. We are actively involved in delivering over 200 electric vehicle charging points across our development portfolio, and continue to be both socially conscious and proactive as a company to safeguard the environment.
