Todd Rottmann started Rottmann Architects, Inc. in 1997 with a strong community-building focus. The firm’s most notable project is the Fall Creek Place Neighborhood which restored one of the oldest downtown neighborhoods in Indianapolis. In addition to award-winning work in historic neighborhoods, Rottmann has completed projects for clients such as WellPoint, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Fifth Third Bank and the City of Indianapolis. Rod Collier was a design architect and project manager with MSKTD. In addition to several projects for Indiana University, Purdue University, and DePauw University, Collier was the design architect for significant projects such as the Ball State University David Letterman Communication and Media Building, Ball State University Student Recreation and Wellness facility and the Lutheran Children’s Hospital.
