What started as a cloud kitchen in 2020 has now blossomed into one of Maadi’s favorite American diners. Roufy’s was born out of two brothers’ love for comfort food and their vision to bring classic American flavors to Egypt. From testing our concept through online sales to opening our doors as a full-service restaurant by November 2021, our journey has been defined by continuous growth and a dedication to quality.
