Kerekasztal company offers a special kind of training for companies: Discussion Theatre. This is a special form of theatre in which everyone can participate, take part in developing the topic, think about the company's and moral questions related to their workplaces. We're the first company in Eastern Europe that can provide solutions for companies to deal with complicated questions (eg. sexism in workplaces, dresscode...etc.) via forum theatre, and create an integrated company culture with our method where employees are fully involved.
