We are coffee enthusiasts, passionate about sourcing, roasting and serving only the highest quality arabica beans from carefully selected farms. We roast in small batches on our handmade Probat drum roaster. This allows for a high level of consistency, quality and taste. This, combined with the fact we use only high grade arabica beans, sourced via Direct Trade, means our coffee is perfectly balanced and full of flavour. Our aim is to produce consistently delicious coffees using grade A specialty coffee beans ethically soucred from sustainable farms. We go, head and shoulders out of our comfort levels, to source coffees and maintain quality-based relationships with our farmers along the way. Our approach is simple - bring out the unique characteristics of each single estate coffee, and explore different aspects of the roasting process to produce our carefully crafted blends. We only use small family run farms from South and Central America, many of which also act as wildlife sanctuaries and utilise our Direct Trade policy. Traceabilty is key in coffee production, it ensures a high level of quailty, consistency and sustanibilty. Our ethically sourced greens beans are just one of the many carefully executed stages in producing our award winning coffees.
