Rousseau Probert Elliott Quantity Surveyors was founded in 1966 and although our office is based in Port Elizabeth, we have a footprint throughout South Africa and the African continent. Over the years we have worked on various projects throughout Africa and gained a thorough understanding and knowledge of the Africa market conditions. Since our establishment, we have held the Code of Conduct as prescribed by the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession in the highest regard, with every principal and staff member conducting themselves accordingly. Our Practice is engaged on construction projects of various types and sizes with services ranging from quantity surveying, project management, insurance claims and assessments, arbitration and contractual disputes. Our aim is to control cost, limit risk, enhance value and safeguard our clients' financial and contractual interests.
