Route Rubicon is een opleidingstraject ontwikkeld door de gemeente samen met het Noorderpoort. In deze route kunnen kwetsbare jongeren, die vanwege allerlei redenen zijn uitgestroomd uit het reguliere MBO onderwijs, alsnog hun startkwalificatie halen.
