Because Route1 puts the data subject – the Candidate – in control, we reduce GDPR compliance risk to zero. Employers know they have obtained data subject consent because they make the application. Candidates don't have to take cold calls anymore and we don't construct "legitimate interest" arguments to form the basis of our data compliance.
