I’m a professional with 25+ years of multinational experience in the fields of market research, client service, business development, project management, team management & facilitation. The most self-fulfilling part of my job throughout my career was managing, developing, motivating and coaching people and teams. The passion to train, mentor and develop individuals to grow and achieve their full potential was the motivating value behind pursuing career coaching. This is where it all seems to fit together, my results-oriented, structured character together with my passion & experience was a good mix to start on this exciting journey of ‘career coaching’. Services for Working Adults: Given my extensive experience in different fields coupled with my ability to listen, coach and follow through, I help professionals to make changes in their careers, or those who need to be able to achieve their full potential in their current careers. This is done by engaging with them in a journey of exploration & discoveries about themselves, environments around them, realities about the workplace, coaching them to make decisions and finally settle on an action plan to achieve their career goals. Services for Students: Using my extensive experience in different fields, coupled with my ability to listen & coach and experience of choosing careers with kids of my own, I can help students at different stages. Given the wide exposure and the innumerable career options in universities, confusion is inevitable, hence students need help in knowing themselves better, what they enjoy, how they prefer to think to help them decide on what they want to do in their future. With a slightly different perspective, guidance can also be offered to undergraduate students who are about to enter the work life.
