we develop authentic, compassionate, purposeful professional leaders, whilst supporting women seeking safety to grow in confidence, build connections and access opportunities.
Our mentoring programme for women in business is designed to benefit both mentor and mentee: mentors are supported to develop purposeful leadership and communication skills, through intensive training and practical experience; meanwhile, mentees are supported to identify their goals and design a plan of action to achieve them: from writing a CV and applying for jobs, to finding volunteering opportunities, improving digital skills and more.
We also deliver impactful training for leaders in business, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. We support emerging and established leaders to become better listeners, exercise compassion and lead in a way that makes space for multiple perspectives and experiences.
We exist to connect communities, champion women and create real change.
