Roya Ventures is a saudi-based, multi asset, investment management firm. We are active in a range of asset classes and investment strategies, with a core focus on equity-driven investments in both public and private markets. Privately, Roya actively seeks equity investments in lower mid-market companies with sustainable and unique market positioning, clear path toward growth and value creation opportunities. Occasionally, Roya would evaluate opportunities in early stage and/or pre -revenue companies in high growth sectors, with capable and an A-rated management teams with solid execution and proven track records. Our sector focus cover those businesses operating in the consumer, consumer-retail, food and services industries. Our investments will take several forms and structures depending on the opportunity; both minority and controlling majority interests are considered in our investment process and evaluation framework.
