Temel amaclarimiz: kadınlara Romanya'da yaşama süreçlerine uyum sağlamalarında yardımcı olmak, sosyal ve kültürel alanlarda daha aktif ve katılımcı roller üstlenmelerini teşvik etmek ve profesyonel iş gücüne katılımlarını kolaylaştırmaktir
İnisiyatifimizin, Türk vatandaşları arasındaki iletişimi, işbirliğini ve dayanışmayı artıracak önemli bir katkı sağlayacağını ve toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği konusunda önemli bir adım olacağını düşünüyoruz.

ROYAD is a non-profit organization with the aim of supporting Turkish women residing in Romania in several significant ways. Our primary objectives include assisting these women in their adaptation processes to life in Romania, promoting their active and participative roles in social and cultural spheres, and facilitating their inclusion in the professional workforce.
We are dedicated to creating a network of communication for these women and organizing activities that align with our goals. We firmly believe that our initiative will significantly contribute to enhancing communication, collaboration, and solidarity among Turkish citizens. Furthermore, we anticipate that ROYAD will represent a crucial step forward in advocating for gender equality.
