Royal Crown is a customer intimacy purchasing group that strongly emphasizes service, ranging from complete central invoicing and administration, software development, to marketing campaigns for our clients. We aim to be the one-stop shop for our members. All our services are tailored to the individual client. Customization is the rule, just as our members offer to their customers. Our mission is to strengthen and consolidate independent kitchen and appliance retailers to keep customization accessible to consumers. We advocate for the interests of our clients (and sector) and aim to build long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. We do this primarily by pooling the purchasing potential of our members, for which they receive the best terms and thus more margin. Our suppliers gain brand loyalty and associated growth. With this vision, we serve 80 suppliers and 250 customers across the country.
