Rééducation Posturale Globale (RPG®) is een fysiotherapeutische behandelmethode die valt onder de manuele therapie. RPG werd ontwikkeld door de Franse fysio/manueeltherapeut Philippe Souchard in 1980 en word nu wereldwijd toegepast. In Nederland is het een vrij nieuwe behandelmethode. Het is een unieke aanpak die verder kijkt dan de plek waar de klacht zich manifesteert.
Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van lichaamshoudingen (posturen) om retracties en verkortingen van myofasciale structuren op te heffen. Hiermee wordt de beweeglijkheid van de gewrichten verbeterd tot het herstel van de klachten.
