For over 6 and a half years this experience also includes working in Custom Dunnage VacForm, EPP, and XLPE for material handling totes and bulk bins. Greg has spent the last 6 years at Diamond Manufacturing as the Business Development Manager. Since 2011, due to strategic business relationships developed throughout the industry, Diamond has seen growth of over 500%. RPG will continue our business relationship exclusively working with Diamond MFG supplying Automotive Returnable Racks with our current OEM Customers: GM, FORD, HONDA, NISSAN & SUBARU and many tier 1’s throughout the United States.
Having over twenty-five years of B2B Sales experience, the most important lesson I have learned in my career is listen to your Customer. You shouldn't be the one always talking in a Sales meeting telling your Customer or potential Customer what you can do for them or what they need. Listening to what they need, will give you the proper road map to find that "win win" sales solutions versus a product or design that doesn't meet or exceed the Customers expectation.
