Rumah Pemimpin Indonesia Ngawi Foundation

RPIN Foundation is a social organization based in Ngawi, East Java, with a mission to shape the young generation of Ngawi into future leaders. We realize this mission through RPIN Academy, a free one-year mentoring program designed to provide Ngawi’s youth with a strong foundation for a brighter and more knowledgeable future. The program focuses on developing skills in Technology Adoption, Advanced English, Public Speaking, International Exposure, and Life Skills Management through various activities and guidance from experienced mentors. Graduates of RPIN Academy join the Ngawi Future Leaders Community, a platform that helps them continue to grow and apply the knowledge and skills they have gained. Furthermore, to enhance the research capacity and academic achievements of our graduates, we established the RPIN Institute (Research on People, Innovation, and New Frontiers), led by Ardita Cahyani, the RPIN Academy 2024 Winner. This institute provides opportunities for graduates to learn advanced research methods from an early stage, equipping them to face future challenges, including securing funding for their studies.
