Through quality workmanship and dependability, what started out as a side job on weekends and evenings quickly turned into a full-time business for Carm and Bruce Swift, Jr. With Bruce’s carpentry experience, they soon found the business turning to household repair and maintenance, which they still do today. The natural progression of the business continued with RPM completing bigger and bigger projects. Projects include everything from new, single family homes to whole townhome developments, retail space, and warehouses. Now employing over 15 full-time staff members, RPM is licensed in Maryland and West Virginia. Innovation and flexibility have proven to be key elements in their success.
