RR Bramley & Co Ltd was founded in 1921 by Richard Randolph Bramley as Jobbing Engineers. The company was then purchased in 1953 by Philip W. Herbert and diversified to include machine tool manufacture, beginning with a range of Power Hacksaws and Abrasive Cut-off Saws under the Bramley brand. Today, our #NZMade “Bramley” range consists of tools and machines for cold bending, forming and cutting steels pipe and tube.
We now also source and import a complementary range of engineering machine tools and lifting equipment under our “Garrick” and “Linishall” brands, as well as “Asada” pipe threading machines and accessories. Our philosophy is simple, we’re engineers first, so we only source and sell products we’re prepared to use ourselves – which we do – and proud to put our names to.
And, we remain jobbing engineers.
Many know us for our precision CNC machining, everything from complex food grade distributor blocks through to super yacht components, with the odd bridge buffer for good measure. But we’re also precision fabricators as well, anything from modular covered walkways and mobile accessways through to structural steel connections. If you have a plan we can quote it for you, if you don’t have a plan, we can bring your concepts to life in SolidWorks and cost for you.
